The new SBNS website has been developed over the last nine months and is now hosted by the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

There are more than 100 pages and a further 100 documents on the site. Members should log on to get access to all the appropriate areas

The site features:

• Information on the SBNS, CPD / training, audit, neurosurgical units and conferences.
• Committee support
• Abstract submission and marking
• Conference registration
• Membership support
• Database of research protocols and investigators
• Electronic logbook

Future developments will include:

• History of the SBNS / Neurosurgery
• On line payment of subscriptions and registration fees
